  1. I take the time with the utmost due diligence and care. I evaluate your home property with the competition and current market conditions.
  2. Pricing the home, the issue is not what the owner wants to get but what a willing and informed buyer will likely pay. Obtaining the highest dollar value for the seller, while positioning the property correctly in the marketplace.
  3. Document the listing contract, seller representation agreement.
  4. Mortgage verification statement, deed, survey, property taxes, supporting documents.
  5. Document the input data information about the property details.
  6. Professional photograph the property 24/7 viewing.
  7. Broker load the input data on the Multiple Listing Service. Home details active listings all agents view.
  8. Provide an open house viewing for interested MLS Realtors to come visit for potential buyer.
  9. Neighbourhood flyer drop that property is on the market.
  10. Professional for Sale sign, the silent salesperson.
  11. Lock-box, key to home for showings.
  12. Advertise the property on the real estate boards.
  13. Advertise in the Post.
  14. Internet advertising, multiple sites.
  15. Arrange showings through Re/Max.
  16. Host Open House for interested buyers.
  17. Professional open house brochures “feature sheets” to give to people viewing.
  18. 360 degree interactive tour 24/7 viewing.
  19. Provide follow up communication to the client on feedback from showings, open houses.
  20. Negotiate offers with client.
  21. Sold sign.
